Celia is a very feminine garment with a square neckline, wrap style opening at the front and voluminous puff sleeves that have elasticised cuffs with a ruffle. Sleeves are also elasticised at the shoulder and can be work on or off the shoulder. 

Fabric Composition: 20% linen 80% cotton.  

Garment Care: hand wash and sun dry only.

Size & Fit: cover model is wearing size small.
